Product Description
5× Multiplex PCR Mix (UDG, for Lyo) is a premixed system composed of HotStart Taq DNA polymerase, UDG enzyme, Mg2+, dNTPs (containing dUTP), protective agents, and excipients that have undergone special processing. The dUTP/UDG anti pollution system is added to the system, which can effectively degrade pollutants containing U and reduce false positives. It is a multi PCR premix designed specifically for endpoint multi PCR.
This product does not contain glycerol or other components that affect freeze-drying, and can be directly used for the preparation of freeze-drying samples to improve their stability and usability.
The HotStart Taq DNA polymerase after special processing can effectively reduce non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer dimerization. This enzyme is combined with a PCR enhancer that can enhance reaction specificity and a unique buffer system to effectively extend the primers in the reaction system. This product is suitable for the amplification of complex templates such as high specificity PCR reactions, Multiplex PCR (such as multi amplicon library building, STR and SNP typing, etc.), and high GC content (>65%).
