SPECIFICATION

Immunomagnetic beads (IMB), also known as magnetic beads, are a new immunological technology developed in recent years. They combine the unique advantages of solidified reagents with the high specificity of immunological reactions. Based on immunology, they penetrate into various fields such as pathology, physiology, pharmacology, microbiology, biochemistry, and molecular genetics. Main applications
1. Gene purification: Utilizing the reversible adsorption and dissociation of DNA/RNA on the surface of silicon based magnetic beads under certain conditions, it can be used to purify genes, isolate target genes, etc., such as extracting genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, viral DNA, whole blood genomic DNA, RNA, etc.
