Product Introduction
This kit uses a fluorescent probe PCR method for real-time detection. The FAM fluorescence channel detects Fusarium (Fusarium oxysporum, F. solani, F. oxysporum, F. triticum, and F. graminearum, but does not classify them), while the HEX fluorescence channel detects shrimp genes. When detecting Fusarium oxysporum (Fus) in shrimp source samples (shrimp fry, shrimp tissue, shrimp feces, etc.), the amplification of shrimp specific genes can be detected through HEX fluorescence channel signals. This reagent contains shrimp specific genes and can monitor the nucleic acid extraction process to prevent false negatives.
