By adding visual dyes, the results can be directly observed with the naked eye. This technology platform has the following advantages:
 
1. Quick
Under the condition of 65 ℃, a positive result can be observed in only 15 minutes for 100 copies, and a positive result can be obtained in 20 minutes for 10 copies. The detection range ranges from 20 to 106 copies, and can still be detected after 8 days of thermal acceleration at 37 ℃.


 
2. Accurate
 
To solve the biggest pain point of molecular diagnostic POCT and ensure the accuracy of detection results, BT company comprehensively improves the sensitivity (<10 copies) and stability of LAMP technology platform detection from various aspects such as primer optimization and raw material preparation (thermal acceleration of 37 ℃, continuous testing for 7 days, thermal acceleration of 50 ℃, continuous testing for 48 hours can maintain no significant changes in the performance of the detection reagent). Especially in the research and development stage of raw materials, core raw materials such as BstL DNA polymerase, RTL reverse transcriptase, and RNase inhibitor have undergone molecular modification and structural optimization to enhance enzyme activity while addressing stability issues. This not only provides accurate detection results, but also further improves system stability.

 
RTL reverse transcriptase can be applied to the synthesis of first strand cDNA, with optimized reaction buffer for RT-LAMP and high compatibility with Bst DNA polymerase V2. 37 ℃ thermal acceleration for 7 days, with good stability. Excellent performance in the RT-LAMP reagent system, comparable to or even superior to imported competitors.
