2×SYBR Green qPCR Mix
This product is a specialized reagent for Real Time PCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. Hot start HotMaster Taq DNA polymerase, dNTP, special stabilizers, optimized reaction buffer, BSA, and SYBR Green I have been pre mixed into a suitable reagent for Real Time PCR detection × The Premium Type reagent has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, and good stability. When used, only templates, primers, and water need to be added to obtain a good standard curve within a wide quantitative area, enabling accurate quantitative detection of the target gene with good repeatability and high reliability. This product uses a brand new Hotmaster Taq DNA polymerase, which is different from ordinary Hot-start enzymes in that it only blocks the activity of the enzyme before the first temperature rise, while Hotmaster Taq DNA polymerase uses inhibitors to block the substrate binding site of Hotmaster Taq DNA polymerase through temperature regulation. When the temperature is below 40 ℃, an inactive enzyme inhibitor complex is formed, When the temperature rises to the primer specific annealing temperature, the binding equilibrium shifts towards the template specific primer complex formation direction, thereby minimizing the production of non-specific amplification products throughout the PCR amplification process and greatly improving the accuracy of fluorescence quantitative PCR reactions.

Precautions:
1. This product contains independent reference dye ROX, and the customer will decide whether to add ROX reference dye according to the technical guidance of qPCR instrument to eliminate signal background and correct fluorescence signal errors between holes.
2. This product contains SYBR Green I, which is easily decomposed under strong light and reduces sensitivity. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong light when using this product.
3. It is recommended to prepare a PCR reaction solution on ice and then place it in a PCR instrument for amplification. It can improve amplification specificity and reduce background.
4. This product contains 4 mM MgCl2 (the final concentration of the reaction system is 2 mM Mg2+), and 25mM MgCl2 can be used to optimize the Mg2+concentration.
