Testing principle: Peptone and beef extract powder provide carbon, nitrogen, vitamins, and minerals; Higher concentrations of sodium chloride provide higher osmotic pressure and inhibit most non Staphylococcal microorganisms.
Usage
Weigh 90.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, divide into triangular bottles or test tubes, sterilize under high pressure at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside.
Microbial sensitivity test for 7.5% sodium chloride broth:
Prepare the culture medium according to the label usage, inoculate the following quality control strains, and incubate them under aerobic conditions at 36 ± 1 ℃ for 18-24 hours.
