Verification principle
Bacteria with acetamidase can utilize acetamide as a carbon source and decompose acetamide to produce alkali; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are used as buffering agents; Magnesium sulfate provides the necessary ions for growth; Agar is a coagulant for the culture medium; Phenol red is a pH indicator.
Usage: Weigh 37.6g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, pack separately, sterilize under high pressure at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.
Note: The culture medium contains magnesium sulfate and acetamide, and there is a small amount of precipitation after sterilization.

Acetamide agar microbial sensitivity test:
Prepare the culture medium according to the label usage, inoculate the quality control strain, and incubate it aerobic at 36 ± 1 ℃ for 24 ± 2 hours.
