Instructions for use:
1. Before starting up, make sure to connect the egg retrieval device to various external gas pipelines and check that the connections are tight.
2. Plug in the 220V AC power supply and turn on the device. Observe the LCD display and start the temperature setting operation. The default temperature setting value is 37.5 ℃ (which can be adjusted and saved). The test tube rack is heated and enters the working state.
3. Adjust the negative pressure setting knob to set an appropriate negative pressure setting value based on actual operational requirements.
4. After heating the test tube rack, wait for the actual temperature and set temperature to be less than ± 0.5 ℃ and stabilize for ten minutes. You can step on the wireless foot switch (for a short time) or lightly press the emergency button (for a short time). The instrument will beep and beep, and the negative pressure system will start running. Observe that the real-time negative pressure value of the liquid crystal is stable with the set negative pressure value less than ± 5mmHg. Once it stabilizes, start preparing for egg retrieval.
5. In practical operation, the knob can also be adjusted according to the on-site situation to change the size of the set negative pressure value.
At the same time, according to the different environmental temperatures, use a thermometer to measure the internal temperature of the collection test tube placed on the test tube rack. The temperature needs to be within the range of 36-38 ℃ for egg retrieval and collection.
6. If there is a blockage in the pipeline and the maximum negative pressure value needs to be increased, press and hold the emergency button or foot switch (for more than 3 seconds), and the negative pressure pump will generate maximum suction force to relieve the blockage of the oocyte fluid tissue in the pipeline.
7. The oocyte collection test tube should be placed in a constant temperature test tube rack in a timely manner, and six test tubes can be placed simultaneously.
8. After the operation is completed, step on the wireless foot switch (for a short period of time) or lightly press the emergency button (for a short period of time) to stop the negative pressure system from working. Then check that the instrument is in normal condition and turn off the power switch at the back of the instrument.
