Basic information: Name: Chemiluminescence substrate APS-5; Appearance: Light yellow powder; Storage conditions -25~-15 ℃, away from light; Service conditions: 22-35 ℃; Stability: -25~-15 ℃, 2 years
Functional principle: APS-5 rapidly releases photons under the action of alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Within a specific ALP concentration range, the number of photons released is proportional to the concentration of ALP in the solution, making it suitable for chemiluminescence immunoassay reagent systems using ALP as a labeled enzyme.
Product Features
1. High sensitivity, detectable 1 × ALP molecules at 10-19 mo (l 0.01 pg).
2. The reaction speed is fast, and the ALP luminescence reaction enters the plateau period within seconds, and remains stable for a long time.
3. The detection range is wide, and the ALP concentration is linearly correlated within the range of 50-50000 pg/mL.
4. Constant strength, reaction at room temperature, without the need for precise temperature control.
5. Long shelf life, stored in dark at -25~-15 ℃, and can be stably stored for more than two years.
Quality control: Please refer to the Certificates of Analysis for each batch (COA comes with the product)
matters needing attention
After preparing into a liquid, please balance the reagent to room temperature (22-35 ℃) before use.
2. Under all circumstances, exposure to strong light should be avoided.
3. Do not freeze after being prepared as a liquid
Purpose: Immunoassay using alkaline phosphatase (ALP) as a marker.
