SPECIFICATION

Atuomatic Biochemical Analyzer

It is a core clinical testing instrument that detects biochemical indicators in human biological samples such as blood, serum, and plasma through an automated process, providing data support for disease diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and health assessment.

1. Core Testing Items

It mainly covers indicators related to human metabolism, organ function, and electrolytes. Common categories include:

  • Liver function: Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), Total Bilirubin, Albumin, etc.;
  • Renal function: Creatinine, Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), Uric Acid, etc.;
  • Blood glucose and blood lipids: Fasting Blood Glucose (GLU), Total Cholesterol (TC), Triglycerides (TG), High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), etc.;
  • Myocardial-related: Creatine Kinase (CK), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH), etc.;
  • Electrolytes: Potassium (K+), Sodium (Na+), Chloride (Cl-), Calcium (Ca2+), etc.

2. Core Workflow

The entire process is automated to reduce human error, and the typical workflow is as follows:

  • Sample loading: Place the samples to be tested (such as centrifuged serum tubes) into the instrument's sample rack;
  • Automatic sampling: The instrument uses a robotic arm to accurately aspirate samples and reagents, and add them to the reaction cup;
  • Reaction incubation: Allow the sample and reagent to fully react at a set temperature (usually 37℃);
  • Detection and analysis: Detect the optical signal of the reaction solution through an optical system (such as colorimetry, turbidimetry) and convert it into the concentration of biochemical indicators;
  • Result reporting: Automatically calculate and output test results, supporting connection with the hospital's LIS (Laboratory Information System).

3. Core Product Advantages

  • High degree of automation: No manual intervention is required for sampling, reaction, detection and other steps, reducing operational errors;
  • Fast detection speed: It can complete dozens to hundreds of tests per hour (with significant differences among different models), suitable for batch sample processing;
  • High result accuracy: Built-in calibrators and quality control products, with regular calibration to ensure reliable data;
  • Multi-item compatibility: One instrument can detect multiple biochemical indicators at the same time, saving sample volume and detection time
