Betaine Solution, PCR Grade
This product is an aqueous solution of betaine with a concentration of 5M, which can be directly added to PCR or sequencing reactions to improve amplification or sequencing efficiency. Its detailed uses include:
1. Reducing the possibility of GC rich templates forming secondary structures can facilitate PCR amplification and sequencing of GC rich templates.
2. Reduce the dependence of denaturation temperature on base.
3. Improve the amplification efficiency of LA-PCR.
4. Improve the stability of Taq DNA polymerase.
Storage conditions: Low temperature transportation, stored at 4 ℃, valid for one year.
Usage: Add this product to the PCR reaction system to achieve a final concentration between 1.0 and 1.7M. Other operations can be carried out as usual.
