Main use: CDP-STAR is an alkaline phosphatase detection reagent, which is a new generation product improved on AMPPD and has better reaction kinetics and higher sensitivity. It is used for immunoassay, chemiluminescence detection of alkaline phosphatase coupling, and DNA probe detection processes. Compared with AMPPD, its luminescence and stability are better; Non enzymatic hydrolysis has a lower degree of hydrolysis; The enzymatic hydrolysis speed is faster, and reaching the maximum light signal only requires half of the AMPPD time; And the luminous signal is stronger and the signal-to-noise ratio is higher.
