SPECIFICATION
The cell culture bag is composed of three layers of co extruded films, specifically designed to optimize the production process of cell culture. The materials used do not contain animal derived ingredients, and have excellent biocompatibility, chemical compatibility, water vapor barrier, and oxygen/carbon dioxide permeability.
The culture bag has been subjected to three batches of over 100 cell biological performance tests with imported competitive culture bags. Take homologous cells that have been activated and cultured for 5 days, with equal volume and cell quantity, the same preparation process and culture system, and transfer them to a culture bag for cultivation for 8 days. Comparative tests were conducted on four biological indicators: cell culture volume, cell number, cell viability, and cell phenotype. The results showed that the biological performance of cell culture bags was better than that of imported competitive culture bags
