SPECIFICATION

                          Cell Lysate PCR Mix
This product is a reagent kit that can be directly amplified by PCR using the lysate of fresh animal, plant, and bacterial samples.
Product features:
1. The operation is simple, eliminating the steps of DNA extraction, protein removal, RNA removal, etc., and the template for PCR can be obtained in 5 minutes.
2. Wide compatibility, can be used for almost all molecular biology samples, including bacteria, insects, fungi, various plants, various animals, forensic samples (including whole blood, bloodstains, seminal plaques, saliva, hair, tissue samples, oral cells, and FTA cards), paraffin tissue slices, etc.
3. Provide a dedicated grinding pestle for centrifuge tubes to facilitate the handling of difficult samples.
4. Environmental protection and health, do not use any toxic or harmful reagents.
5. Especially suitable for large-scale breeding screening and clinical screening.
6. This reagent kit can handle 100 different samples, which is sufficient for 100 PCR experiments.
Kit composition:
Component specifications
Solution A 12mL
Solution B 12mL
PCR MagicMix 3.0 1mL
100 grinding pestles
1 instruction manual
Storage conditions: Solution A, Solution B, and the special grinding pestle for the centrifuge tube can be stored at room temperature, while PCR MagicMix 3.0 requires low-temperature transportation and storage at -20 ℃. The validity period is one year.
Usage:
When using this product for the first time, it is necessary to carefully check whether solution A and solution B have crystallized. If necessary, dissolve at 37 ℃ and shake evenly for use. The unused part can be stored at room temperature.
2. According to different materials, refer to the table below and take a small amount of samples into a 1.5mL plastic centrifuge tube.
Sample type Sampling quantity
Animal tissue 1-5mg
Rat tail 2mm long
Blood samples not exceeding 20 μ L
Plant leaves 1-5mg
Plant seeds (peeled) 1-5mg
Yeast culture 0.2~0.5mL culture precipitation
0.2~0.5mL bacterial culture precipitate
Note: Samples are not listed, users need to explore the optimal dosage themselves. For plant materials rich in polyphenols such as cotton, it is best not to exceed 0.5mg of tissue usage.
3. Add 100 μ L solution, ensuring that solution A completely submerges the sample.
4. Use a grinding pestle to carefully crush the sample in a centrifuge tube. Generally, blood can be pounded for 30 seconds; The physical tissue needs to be crushed until the color of the solution becomes cloudy (if the plant leaves, the color of the solution will turn green). If you need more grinding pestles, you can purchase them separately from our company. For difficult samples, it is also possible to add 95 ℃ insulation for 10 to 60 minutes, and wait for the temperature to cool to room temperature before proceeding to the next step. Residual solid tissue fragments will not affect subsequent experiments.
5. Add 100 μ L solution B, shake for 10 seconds and mix well.
6. Centrifuge at room temperature of 12000 rpm for 2 minutes.
7. Transfer the supernatant to a clean 1.5mL centrifuge tube. If not used, it can be stored at -80 ℃ for a long time. If used for subsequent PCR, please proceed directly to the next step.
8. Directly using pyrolysis liquid as a template setting 30 μ The PCR reaction system of the L system is as follows:
