Cell Lysate RT-PCR Mix
This product is a RNA free RT-PCR kit that uses carefully optimized cell lysate to directly lyse cultured cells and trace tissue blocks. RT is then performed directly in the cell lysate, followed by cDNA for PCR or fluorescence quantitative PCR.
Product features:
1. No RNA extraction, from cell lysis to obtaining RT-PCR or real-time RT-PCR results, it only takes about 3 steps and 3 hours, omitting the entire RNA extraction process.
2. The sensitivity is not lower than that of conventional methods (extracting total RNA first and then performing RT-PCR), which can not only detect low copy RNA, but also be used to detect miRNA.
3. Integrated steps to remove genomic DNA, only detecting RNA without worrying about contamination of genomic DNA.
4. Only 10-10000 cultured cells or trace tissues containing corresponding cell numbers (such as LCM samples) are required each time. The validated cells include Hela, CHO, 293, COS-7, etc., but cannot be used in the U937 cell line.
5. Two step RT-PCR, flexible for subsequent use. The obtained cDNA can be used for both regular PCR, SYBR based fluorescence quantitative PCR, and other quantitative PCR methods such as TaqMan, making it very flexible.
6. There are two modes of operation: single tube operation and porous plate operation. The former is suitable for small amounts of samples, while the latter is suitable for parallel processing of large amounts of samples, suitable for high-throughput screening.
7. This product is sufficient for 100 times 50 μ RT Reaction of L System and 600 Times 30 μ PCR reaction of L system.
