Product advantages:
1. Vacutainer CD blood collection is suitable for blood station research, HLA typing, DNA parent-child identification, and other studies. The use of Vacutainer CD tubes to collect blood vessels effectively reduces pre analysis errors of samples and improves the accuracy of testing; And provide safety protection for patients and medical staff to reduce hospital infections.
2. Samples collected in blood vessels, when stored at 4 ℃ -37 ℃, are stable for downstream circulating tumor DNA and free cell DNA applications for up to 14 days. The samples collected in the blood tube, when stored at an ambient temperature of up to 30 ℃, are stable for up to 4 days for downstream nucleated cells (circulating tumor cells and white blood cells).
Sample collection:
1. The CD blood vessels should be filled according to the drawing sequence outlined in the instructions for use; After the EDTA tube and before the glycolysis inhibitor tube. If the heparin tube is located before the CD blood tube in the extraction sequence, it is recommended to extract non additive or EDTA tubes as waste tubes before collecting CD tubes. If the LBgard blood tube is the first to be extracted, it is recommended to partially extract the waste liquid tube to eliminate air/dead space in the tube.
2. Completely fill the CD blood tube through venous puncture. To avoid backflow of chemical additives from the tube, place the subject's arm in a downward position as follows. During blood collection, keep the tube in a vertical position under the donor's arm. Once blood begins to flow into the tube, release the tourniquet immediately.
During venous puncture, ensure that the tube additive does not come into contact with the plug or needle tip.
3. Before removing the tube from the bracket, ensure that blood has stopped flowing into the tube.
4. Immediately after bleeding, gently invert the CD vessel ten times.
5. After sample collection, please refer to the Storage and Stability section to store the CD blood tube.
