1.Opening method: upper and lower linkage side-by-side combination to make thedoor open, when opening the door, the lower part form a filling platform for loadingthe cages; the door is equipped with a double layer tempered glass observation window, cleaning state of the machine can be observed at any time
2.Door sealing: adopt inflatable expansion silicone seal strip, with automatic charging and discharging function
3. Water system: using international brand circulating water pump, water pressure6.bar, with water recycling and reuse function, the final rinse water after filtered through the system will be used as the first washing water for the next cleaning; adopt sanitary grade SUS304 stainless steel pipe and stainless steel pneumatic valve, and withautomatic opening /closing functions
4. Nozzles: 72 SUS304 special cleaning nozzles, respectively, installed with two each stainless steel automatic rotating sprayed arms on the upper, middle and lower parts

Control system: The control board adopts imported PLC programmable controllerand 7 inch color HMI operation interface, through the interface, operator can real-timeobserve the cleaning process and set system parameters8.
