Verification principle
Peptone provides carbon and nitrogen sources to meet the needs of bacterial growth; Pig bile salt can inhibit the growth of Gram positive bacteria; Lactose is a fermentable sugar of the Escherichia coli group; Lecithin and Tween 80 can neutralize preservatives in cosmetics and act as dispersants in emulsions; Bromocresol purple is a pH indicator that appears yellow in acidity and purple in alkalinity.
usage
Weigh 76.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, divide into test tubes (add a small inverted tube to each tube), sterilize under high pressure at 115 ℃ for 20 minutes, and set aside.
Microbial sensitivity test of double lactose bile salt (containing neutralizer) culture medium:
Prepare the culture medium according to the label usage, inoculate the following quality control strains, and incubate them aerobic at 44 ± 0.5 ℃ for 24-48 hours.
