Specification: 96T/Kit
Intended use: This reagent kit is used for quantitative detection of dsRNA content in samples.
Detection principle: This kit adopts the principle of double antibody sandwich method and is coupled with a biotin streptavidin system to quantitatively detect the content of double stranded RNA (dsRNA) in samples. The length of the detected dsRNA is greater than or equal to 60 bp, and the detected dsRNA is independent of its nucleic acid sequence. Antibodies against dsRNA were coated in the microplate of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Samples were added and incubated for washing, followed by biotinylated detection antibodies to form an antibody antigen antibody complex. After washing again, streptavidin (SA) was labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). After thorough washing, substrate TMB was added for color development. TMB was converted into blue under the catalysis of peroxidase, and finally turned into yellow through the termination effect of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the dsRNA content in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay at a wavelength of 450nm and calculate the concentration of dsRNA in the sample based on the standard curve.
