The membrane is refined from high-purity quartz fiber (SiO2) and does not contain any adhesive. It can withstand high temperatures of 1000 ℃. The filter membrane has excellent overall and structural stability, high purity, and low background value, making it suitable for total and constant analysis, especially for environmental analysis such as heavy metal sampling.
It can withstand highly corrosive acidic gases and is suitable for high-temperature flue gas sampling.
Low concentration of heavy metals, suitable for air sampling in environments with extremely low concentrations of heavy metals.
Meets EPA PM10, PM2.5, and TC/OC ambient air sampling requirements.
It has excellent breathability, can sample at high flow rates, and has good filtering effect. High capture efficiency for particulate matter aerosols
NIOSH 5040 compliant sampling analysis for elemental carbon (exhaust emission sampling)
The MK360 model, after factory pre-treatment, has a stable background and is suitable for elemental analysis and organic matter analysis. It can be used immediately without the need for heating treatment. In order to meet strict EU requirements, the processing pool undergoes strict certification, and each batch of products undergoes strict element testing and comes with a factory certificate.
The quartz fiber filter membrane does not contain glass fibers or adhesives. It is a membrane like filter material made of quartz cotton with a purity of over 99.9% after repeated purification. It uses the traditional wet papermaking method, which is similar to ancient papermaking in China, but is only completed mechanically. During the processing, quartz cotton needs to be crushed and dissolved in ultrapure water to make cotton pulp. Then use the wet copying method to make thin sheets and dry them into rolls. This processing process does not add any adhesive, and the structure between quartz fibers is cross-linked with each other, so the structural strength is not as good as that of organic membranes.
After being heated at a high temperature of 900 degrees, it will become fragile, so be careful when operating, and use specialized filter membrane tweezers to ensure safety.
