Intended use
Fish nerve necrosis virus is one of the major diseases that have seriously endangered marine fish in recent years and caused explosive outbreaks. Fish nerve necrosis virus includes four serotypes: striped jack nerve necrosis virus (SJNNV), striped flounder nerve necrosis virus (BFNNV), red spotted grouper nerve necrosis virus (RGNNV), and tiger spotted puffer nerve necrosis virus (TPNNV). This kit uses fluorescent probe RT-PCR method for real-time detection and is suitable for the detection of the four serotypes of fish nerve necrosis virus mentioned above.
