1、 Purpose
Used for automatic microbial colony counting analysis, bacteriostatic zone measurement, antibiotic sensitivity analysis, antibiotic potency analysis, lactococcin potency analysis, and also for automatic particle counting analysis in microscopic images.
2、 Main technical indicators
1. Imaging device
(1) Equipped with a solid-state drive computer and a large depth of field 8 million pixels (3264x2448 pixels) color camera with autofocus, it has macro shooting characteristics. Fully enclosed dark box to eliminate environmental stray light interference. Equipped with dual LED light source color scanning imaging capability, automatic focusing, adjustable brightness, optical resolution of 40 million pixels, uniform backlight or dark field scanning, with a resolution error of ≤ 0.01mm, and the ability to recognize bacterial colonies ≥ 0.05mm.
(2) Adjustable flexible shadowless light source with upper light source, lower light source, upper and lower dual light source, 5W high-power 275nm+395nm dual wavelength ultraviolet light illumination (used for cavity disinfection and ultraviolet mutagenesis), can be freely combined and independently switched to form a clear suspended dark field colony imaging effect, highlight the colony morphology, obtain the best colony imaging, and achieve foolproof intelligent recognition and counting.
(3) Adaptable culture dish: 50-130mm (pouring, coating, 3M paper, membrane filtration, spiral inoculation plate).
2. Colony count analysis
(1) ★ Can automatically form a batch processing wizard, achieving one click automatic counting. SmartdownTM colony intelligent recognition technology has the feature of automatic enhancement of colony targets, automatically identifying large clumps and chain shaped adhesions of long form bacteria (microscopic large adhesions of Escherichia coli, bacterial spores) and various colonies on plates (including Staphylococcus aureus count (GB4789.10-2016), coliform group determination (GB4789.3-2016), etc.).
(2) Automatic counting accuracy ≥ 96.5%, with a maximum monitoring correction of 3.5%, achieving 100% accuracy. Analysis and statistics speed: 150-1000 colonies/s (counting analysis takes 1-4 seconds).
(3) ★ Automatically segment long, circular, and other bacterial colony targets that adhere to each other in patches, and users can choose whether to segment or not. It is also possible to manually segment and merge bacterial colony target images. Mouse click correction, seamless removal of grid and text, automatic removal of impurities, effective support for complex microbial statistics, in line with the parameter automatic conversion characteristics of GB4789.2-2016.
(4) ★ Equipped with fast level set extraction technology, it can recognize and count the number of colonies with specific colors and shapes according to 20 categories, and can be corrected through category conversion. You can select 6 target areas at the same time to automatically analyze them separately, and freely add, subtract, or edit the analysis target areas.
(5) It can automatically obtain the area, equivalent diameter, major axis, minor axis, aspect ratio, roundness, perimeter, shape coefficient, etc. of each colony. You can filter and query by morphological indicators.
3. ★ Antibacterial zone measurement and antibiotic potency analysis
(1) One click fully automatic simultaneous determination of all antibacterial circles in 6 90mm diameter plates, allowing for automatic detection of local adhesion and antibacterial activity
