Genetically Modified Food Direct PCR Kit
The GMO Food Direct PCR Kit is a specially designed kit for detecting direct amplification of genetically modified DNA in food based on the new generation of DNA polymerase. This kit contains all the components required for PCR, except for primers and templates (food DNA). The genetically modified food direct PCR kit uses a specially designed solution system to quickly extract trace amounts of genomic DNA from various genetically modified foods (DNA sample preparation is completed within 5-20 minutes). The extracted DNA can be immediately used for PCR reactions without the need to remove other proteins, RNA, or secondary metabolites, meeting the needs of rapid detection and is particularly suitable for large-scale detection of genetically modified ingredients.
The products of PCR can be analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and EB staining for routine downstream operations, such as restriction digestion, DNA sequencing, dHPLC analysis, etc.
