HiPrepX Desalting Columns are a series of ready-to-use pre-packed chromatography columns filled with Sephadex G-25 Fine resin, dedicated to desalting and buffer exchange applications. The product portfolio includes column volumes: 8, 27, 45, 70, 100, 150, 180, 220, 318 and 580 ml.
The columns deliver stable, repeatable results for desalting and buffer exchange. A single column can process sample volumes up to 175 ml. It serves as an excellent alternative to traditional dialysis workflows, greatly cutting processing time and manual labor.
