SPECIFICATION

                     LabScript M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase, RNase H-
LabScript M-MuLV RTase is a point mutant RNase H activity deficient M-MuLV reverse transcriptase cloned and expressed through gene recombination technology. The RNase H activity contained in wild-type M-MuLV can catalyze the degradation of RNA in DNA/RNA heterozygotes, therefore, the template RNA in RNA/DNA heterozygotes may be degraded during the synthesis reaction of the first strand of cDNA. The RNase H activity of LabScript M-MuLV reverse transcriptase is missing, which has stronger elongation and stability compared to M-MuLV. It can be used for longer cDNA synthesis and the construction of a high proportion of full-length cDNA libraries. The length of synthesized cDNA fragments can reach up to 12kb.

Gently mix well
If Oligo (dT) 18 or gene specific primers (GSP) are used, incubate at 42 ℃ for 50 minutes.
If using Random Primer, incubate at 25 ℃ for 10 minutes and at 42 ℃ for 50 minutes.
Deactivate LabScript M-MuLV by heating at 65 ℃ for 15 minutes.
