Verification principle
Peptone provides carbon and nitrogen sources to meet the needs of bacterial growth; Bovine bile salts can inhibit the growth of Gram positive bacteria; Lactose is a fermentable sugar of the Escherichia coli group; Bromocresol purple is a pH indicator that appears yellow in acidity and purple in alkalinity.
Usage
Weigh 30.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, pack separately, sterilize under high pressure at 115 ℃ for 20 minutes, and set aside.
Microbial sensitivity test on lactose bile salt culture medium:
Prepare the culture medium according to the label usage, inoculate the quality control strain, and incubate it aerobic at 44 ± 0.5 ℃ for 24-48 hours.
