LAMP Kit(Visual HNB Dye)
This product reagent is a universal constant temperature amplification kit based on LAMP technology. The reagent kit is equipped with a reaction indicator hydroxynaphthol blue (HNB), and after amplification, the color of the positive amplification sample can be observed by the naked eye, changing from violet to sky blue.
LAMP is a novel nucleic acid amplification technology. By using 4 or 6 primers that can identify 6 specific regions on the target gene, and relying on the strong strand displacement activity of Bst DNA polymerase, DNA amplification can reach 109-1010 times within 30-60 minutes.
Bst DNA polymerase is a part of Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA polymerase, which has strong strand displacement activity and 5 '→ 3' DNA polymerase activity, making it suitable for LAMP detection experiments.
