BT NGS ® Multiplex Oligos set 3 for Illumina ® It is a specialized kit for constructing Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform library. The kit contains NovoAdapter for Illumina, 8 Novo i5 PCR Primers, and 12 Novo i7 PCR Primers, which can be used to construct up to 96 different combinations of double ended Index marker libraries.
