Model 30014 Microsprayer Aerosolizer is a precision liquid aerosol delivery system for preclinical large animal studies. It is mainly used for pulmonary liquid administration and can also be explored for nasal-to-brain drug delivery research. The aerosolizing cannula outer diameter ≤0.8mm with standard length ≥30cm, and custom needle lengths are available. It delivers solutions, cell suspensions and low-viscosity emulsions directly into the lung with high dosing accuracy, widely used in rabbits, non-human primates and other large animal disease model establishment and drug evaluation.

Product instroduction
The 30014 Liquid Micro Sprayer Aerosolizerx ( Pulmonary Liquid Nebulizer), also referred to as an intratracheal aerosol delivery device, is purpose-built for large animals such as rabbits and non-human primates, enabling precise and quantified intratracheal aerosolized drug delivery. A metered volume of liquid is aerosolized through a micron-scale atomizing nozzle integrated into a stainless-steel capillary cannula. The cannula is advanced into the airway to the tracheal bifurcation, delivering a quantified aerosol directly into the lungs. Compared with conventional oral or injection administration, the drug acts directly on the pulmonary tissue, making the device ideal for pulmonary physiology, pathology and pharmacology research.

The pulmonary nebulizer delivers a quantified aerosol intratracheally. It is primarily used for establishing pulmonary-disease animal models and for pulmonary drug delivery.
1. Pulmonary Disease Animal Models
The pulmonary nebulizer can be used to establish a variety of respiratory-disease models for studying disease mechanisms and evaluating therapeutic efficacy, including but not limited to the following:
2. Pulmonary Drug Delivery
Medication is delivered directly to the tracheal bifurcation for efficacy testing, including but not limited to drugs that induce tumor-cell apoptosis, drugs that inhibit pulmonary fibrosis, and anti-acute-lung-infection agents.
3. Nasal drug delivery studies
Try to use for nasal drug delivery studies in laboratory animals. By delivering drugs in the form of micro-sprays to the nasal mucosa, drugs can be absorbed through the nose into the systemic circulation or directly enter the central nervous system through the naso-brain pathway . They are used for drug development for central nervous system diseases (such as neurodegenerative diseases), nasal local drug delivery studies, and evaluation of systemic drug delivery routes. They are also suitable for studying the delivery mechanism of peptides, nucleic acids, and macromolecular drugs, pharmacokinetic analysis, and formulation development evaluation. Furthermore, they can improve drug delivery uniformity, reduce operational variability, shorten drug delivery time, and improve experimental efficiency and repeatability.
