Product Introduction
The reagent kit uses loop mediated isothermal amplification. This method targets 6 segments of the target sequence, using 4 specific primers and a DNA polymerase with chain displacement activity, and completes isothermal amplification at 65 ℃. By adding fluorescent dyes to the reaction system, the amplification process is monitored in real-time using changes in fluorescence signals, and the results are interpreted based on the amplification curve.
Intended use
The combination of constant temperature amplification method and real-time detection with fluorescent dyes is suitable for rapid qualitative detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food or the environment. This kit is not suitable for clinical diagnosis.
