Neuron basic culture medium - A does not contain 500ml of L-glutamine
Neuron cell basic culture medium A is used for the cultivation of newborn and adult brain neuron cells, and B-27 or N-2 additives need to be added when used. It can be applied to the cultivation of neurons in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and other regions of the brain. This culture medium can maintain the survival of neural cell homologous communities in the short or long term without adding a glial cell feeder layer.
Neuron cell basic culture medium A does not contain L-glutamine, L-glutamic acid, and L-aspartic acid, and must be combined with serum free additives (such as B-27 or N-2 additives), or serum and 0.5 mM L-glutamine, or serum and 0.5 mM L-propionyl glutamine solution. When administering the tablet for the first time, 25 µ M L-glutamic acid should be added.
