Product Description
The nitrogen generator is based on the core technology of hollow fiber membrane group, which produces qualified purity nitrogen gas by separating nitrogen and oxygen from compressed air. The membrane assembly adopts the Korean AIRRANE hollow fiber membrane assembly as the main component of the air core component, which has the characteristics of large air volume, small volume, long service life, and energy conservation. The instrument has online purity detection, pressure detection, system parameters, and safety protection functions. The nitrogen produced has stable pressure purity without fluctuations, no need for maintenance, high automation level, and is particularly suitable for stable gas usage in work and new construction situations. The membrane group is made up of millions of hollow fibers that are as thin as hair strands. Compressed air flows into the fiber pores, and under pressure, gas molecules adsorb, dissolve, diffuse, and desolve on the membrane wall before escaping to the outside of the membrane. Due to the varying speeds at which different gases complete the above process. And gases with high permeation rates such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and acetylene seep out through the fiber wall from the high-pressure inner side and are discharged from the membrane group. Slow gases with low permeation rates such as nitrogen are enriched in the hollow fiber membrane and sent to the user at the other end of the membrane group, thereby achieving the separation of oxygen and nitrogen in the air. Widely used in industry, manufacturing, tire inflation, food and beverage, and laboratory analytical instruments.
