SPECIFICATION

One step rapid preparation of PAGE gel kit

This product adopts the premixing formula of the upper glue and the lower glue. Just add the improved coagulant accelerator (10% APS substitute) to gel. After filling the lower glue mixture, you can directly add the upper glue mixture and insert the comb without waiting for the gel, which is simple and fast. The upper layer of adhesive tape comes in color for easy sampling. The gel prepared by this kit can also be used for non denaturing PAGE gel electrophoresis. Our company has three gel rapid preparation kits, which are respectively suitable for the uniform separation of 20kd-150kd, 35kd-270kd and 6.5kd-75kd proteins.
This product is equipped with an improved coagulant, which has better stability and catalytic efficiency, and there is no need to add TEMED during the dispensing process. For ease of operation, the modified coagulant that has been opened can be stored at 4 ℃ for at least 3 months. If used frequently, it can be stored at 4 ℃, and if stored at -20 ℃, it can be stored for at least one year.
Saving method:
4 ℃ (with modified coagulant stored at -20 ℃), 12 months
Transportation conditions:
Ice bag
Precautions:
1. The upper layer of the gel prepared by this product has no concentration effect on the sample and is similar to the preformed gel, but compared with the traditional PAGE gel, it has better separation effect on protein bands, and small molecular weight proteins can also be clearly separated, and the bands are more sharp.
2. Before glue preparation, keep the glue solution and buffer solution balanced to room temperature (such as placing at room temperature for a few minutes or preparing glue by two-step method), which can effectively avoid the formation of bubbles in gel.
3. There is a significant positive correlation between gel speed and temperature. Under the same conditions, the higher the temperature is, the faster the gel speed is. When the room temperature is too high, it is recommended to reduce the amount of modified coagulant properly; On the contrary, if the room temperature is low, the gel time can be appropriately extended.
For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes and disposable gloves for operation. This product is only for scientific research use.
