SPECIFICATION

Product features:
1.The ingredients of the inactivated sampling tube culture medium include Hank's solution, cryoprotectant, biological buffer, amino acid, inactivator, and RNA protector, which are used to inactivate virus samples and protect RNA from degradation.
2.The use of a combination of multiple antibiotics in the culture medium effectively prevents bacterial and fungal contamination.
3.Thickening and anti leakage design ensure that the sample does not leak, in accordance with WHO regulations and biosafety regulations

Purpose:
Used for the collection and transportation of clinical influenza, avian influenza, hand, foot and mouth disease, measles and other virus samples, as well as Mycoplasma, Ureaplasma, Chlamydia and other samples.
Explanation: If the collected samples are used for virus nucleic acid testing, they need to be combined with nucleic acid extraction kits and nucleic acid testing reagents; If used for virus isolation purposes, cell culture medium needs to be used in conjunction.

Usage:
Before sampling, indicate the sample information on the label;
According to different experimental purposes, use a sampling swab to sample at the corresponding location;
After sampling, quickly place the swab into a sampling tube containing virus transport medium, break it at the breaking point, and tighten the tube cover;
Freshly collected specimens can be transported to the laboratory at room temperature (5-25 ℃), and having an ice bag during transportation will have a better effect. Samples used for nucleic acid testing should be tested as soon as possible, and samples tested within 24 hours can be stored at 4 ℃; Specimens that cannot be tested within 24 hours should be stored at -70 ℃ or below (if there is no storage condition at -70 ℃, temporarily stored in a -20 ℃ refrigerator).
The specific sampling method is as follows:
a) Nasal swab: Gently insert the head of the swab into the nasal cavity and palate, stay for a moment, and then slowly rotate to exit. Wipe the other nostril with another swab, immerse the swab head in the sampling solution, break it at the breaking point, and discard it. (Suitable for sampling with this product)
b) Swab: Use a swab to wipe the bilateral pharyngeal tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall, and also immerse the swab head in the sampling solution before discarding it. (Suitable for sampling with this product).

Precautions:
1.This product is only for in vitro diagnostic use.
2.The liquid in the sampling tube is used to transport the culture medium, and cannot be dipped with a sampling swab before sampling.
3.The discarded sample collection solution should be sterilized.
4.If it is found that the transported culture medium has expired, the liquid has discolored,          becomes turbid, or leaks, it is prohibited to use it.
