Table top: integral worktop, 12.7mm solid physicochemical board. with advantages like warpage resistance, easy to clean, waterproof, fireproof, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, anti-static, wear resistance, pollution resistance, all cross-sections are edge sealed with PVC edge bandings in condition of high temperature& hot pressing.
Table body: alum-alloy frame structure+ melamine board
1)the main body (back board, side borard, hanging board) use 16mm thick dampproof double veneer melamine board, all exposed edges shall be sealed with high quality PVC edge banding by automatic edge sealing machine, strong adhesion, good sealing, no deformation, beautiful appearance, durable, never degumming.
2)the frame use Ф50 mm±1.0mm round tube as standing legs, the horizontal square tube 32x28±1.0mm as beams, with wall thickness not less than 1.0mm(±0.2mm), with surface lectrostatic sprayed by epoxy resin powder; the connectors are ABS engineering plastics made, assembly seam is tight, firm and no loose, no deformation, beautiful and durable.
the 2nd face board use 16 thick melamine board, which is 15cm high away from the worktop, they both constitute enclosed drawer for storage.
Foot Pad: use ABS injection molding foot pads, with adjustable height, can effectively prevent table body from damp, extending the lifetime.
Each table for 6 students, regular size is 1400*700*760mm, can be customized.
Accessories: water tap, water sink, eye washer, biololgy lamp, ventilation extraction hood, etc

Packaging &Shipping
They would be packed in cartons (FCL Sea Shipping) or plywood cases(LCL Sea Shipping) in assembled or disassembled state.
Of course they can be shipped by Air or Express(DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS,TNT,etc) if you can accept the shipping cost!
