Cell-Free DNA&RNA Collection Tube (in room temperature)

1.The sputum/alveolar lavage fluid samples in this storage tube can be directly extracted from cell free DNA and cell free RNA or genomic DNA and RNA from nucleated cells using conventional commercial reagent kits, and then applied to downstream molecular diagnosis detection and analysis, such as PCR, Southern Blot, NGS, etc.
2.The preservation solution components can effectively inhibit the degradation of cell free DNA and cell free RNA by nucleases, and maintain the integrity of nucleated cells, avoiding the release of genomic DNA and RNA in cells that may affect the accuracy of detection results;
3.The samples collected by this product can be stably stored in cell free DNA for 7 days at 6 ℃ to 35 ℃.

Product validation data

 1.Agilent 2100 detection of cf-DNA and cf-RNA
Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer detects the concentration and integrity of free nucleic acids (cell free DNA and cell free RNA). Collect peripheral blood samples using Beyondbio , Street, and EDTA tubes and store them at room temperature for 7 days. Separate 1mL of plasma to extract cell free DNA and cell free RNA, respectively. Agilent 2100 test results are visible

Figure 1. When stored at room temperature until the 7th day, the cell free DNA sample concentration and integrity of the Beyondbio  preservation tube were stable.

Figure 2. When the plasma cell free RNA samples in EDTA tubes were stored for 3 days, multiple fragments of varying sizes appeared and the concentration also significantly increased. The concentration in Street tubes was lower than that in Beyondbio  tubes; At 7 days, the concentration and integrity of the Beyondbio  preservation tube cell free RNA sample were still well preserved.

2、 Digital PCR detection of cf-DNA and cf-RNA

Droplet digital PCR was used to detect the copy number changes of c-fos gene in Beyondbio  preservation tubes in their plasma cf-DNA and cf-RNA samples.
