This preservation tube can stably preserve genomic DNA and RNA in sputum/bronchoalveolar lavage fluid cells simultaneously;
Cell free DNA and cell free RNA in the sample may be damaged due to processing, transportation, and extraction of the sample, leading to nuclear cell lysis and subsequent release of cellular DNA and RNA. Meanwhile, degradation of cell-free DNA and cell-free RNA may also occur due to nuclease activity;
2.The components of the preservation solution can effectively inhibit the degradation of cell-free DNA and cell-free RNA by nucleases, and maintain the integrity of nucleated cells, avoiding the release of genomic DNA and RNA in cells that may affect the accuracy of detection results
The sputum/bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples in this storage tube can be directly extracted for cell-free DNA and cell-free RNA or genomic DNA and RNA from nucleated cells using conventional commercial reagent kits, and then used for downstream molecular diagnostic detection and analysis, such as PCR, Southern Blot, NGS, etc
