Product Description
This product T7 RNA Polymerase (T7 RNA Polymerase) is a DNA dependent 5 '→ 3' RNA polymerase that highly specifically recognizes the T7 promoter sequence, encoded by recombinant E. coli phage T7 DNA. This product uses single or double stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence as a template and NTP as a substrate to synthesize RNA complementary to the single or double stranded DNA template downstream of the promoter.
