In the colorimetric detection mode, nucleic acids, proteins, microbial cell culture, and kinetic detection can be measured. The fluorescence detection module can perform fluorescence quantification on nucleic acids. It measures the concentration of target molecules by detecting their fluorescence intensity after binding with specific target molecules using fluorescent dyes. It is used to detect low concentration samples with high accuracy. Fluorescence detection is suitable for detecting trace amounts of samples, usually ultra-low concentration samples that cannot be measured by photometers.
