Product Introduction
Vibrio alginolyticus, a Gram negative facultative anaerobic bacterium, is one of the 12 human pathogenic bacteria in the Vibrio genus and is also a common pathogenic bacteria in aquaculture animals such as fish, shrimp, and shellfish. This bacterium is widely distributed in seawater, freshwater, and seafood. Since 1973, it has been clarified that it is pathogenic to humans, easily contaminates food, causes diarrhea, and infects the wound site. This product is based on constant temperature nucleic acid amplification technology, which amplifies and detects specific gene fragments of Vibrio alginolyticus under constant temperature conditions. The reaction system is optimized for various samples, and accurate detection results can be provided in a very short time.
Product Features
Quick detection: Complete the detection within 60 minutes, and the real-time fluorescence detector can interpret the results.
Strong specificity: Design primers targeting 6 segments of the target gene to ensure amplification specificity.
High sensitivity: higher than traditional PCR sensitivity.
Simple operation: After adding samples in one step, amplification can be completed under constant temperature conditions of 65 ℃.
Convenient to use: One tube freeze-drying eliminates the tedious steps of preparing the solution.
