Inspection principle:
Gelatin trypsin hydrolysate and yeast extract powder provide carbon, nitrogen, and trace elements; Glucose is a fermentable sugar; Sodium chloride can maintain a balanced osmotic pressure; Sodium deoxycholate and crystal violet inhibit Gram positive bacteria, especially Gram positive bacteria and Enterococcus faecalis; Neutral red is a pH indicator that ferments glucose to produce acid, causing the neutral red indicator to change color, resulting in red colonies; No. 3 bile salt and crystal violet can inhibit the growth of Gram positive bacteria.
