25% (v/v) of whole blood without the need for pre-treatment or DNA extraction, greatly reducing the risk of contamination, shortening time, and saving expenses.
The products of PCR can be analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and EB staining for routine downstream operations, such as restriction digestion, DNA sequencing, dHPLC analysis, etc.
The product can be applied in the following fields:
